Practical experience
Web infrastructure and technical operations
Hands-on experience with IT support, diagnostics, domain administration, DNS, TLS certificates, hosting and application protection. Work includes configuration reviews, problem documentation and defensive controls.
Systems support and administration
Experience troubleshooting endpoints, connectivity, applications, email and technical escalation workflows.
